James T. Hogan is a graduate of the University of Detroit and Detroit College of Law. In Law School, he was on the editorial board of the law review and an instructor in the Research, Writing and Advocacy Program.
Hogan’s experience has included being an assistant City Attorney and counsel for a number of corporations. He has also served as Chair of The Macomb County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Section and member of the Macomb County Bar Association’s Board of Directors.
The Detroit College of Law Review published Hogan’s article on Community Housing Rights for te Mentally Retarded and he is a co-author of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Environmental Law Deskbook. Hogan’s a contributor to the Michigan State Bar’s publication, the Michigan Bar Journal, and has been a State Bar Assembly Representative.
