Mr. Kipke is a 1980 graduate of Monteith College at Wayne State University where he obtained his Ph. B. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1987 from the Detroit College of Law in Detroit, Michigan. He was awarded honorary book awards for labor law and the Uniform Commercial Code Secured Transactions.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Macomb County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is on the lawyer referral panels for ARAG Group, Prepaid Legal Services, and the Macomb County Bar Association.

Mr. Kipke is licensed to practice law in Michigan, the United States Eastern District Court for Michigan and the United States Western District Court for Michigan and the United States 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is an experienced criminal lawyer. He has tried every type of case from a simple larceny to rape, robbery and murder.

Mr. Kipke is a longtime member of the Boy Scouts of America, Clinton Valley Council, and served as a Cubmaster for the Pack 152 in the Macomb County District. He resides in Harrison Township, Michigan with his wife and son.
